For more than twenty years, Jérome has worked at the crossroads of media, advertising strategy, and business development. As a producer, director, and audiovisual publisher, he early on adopted a global approach to projects, combining content creation with economic value generation. This dual expertise naturally led him to specialize in the design of high value-added media solutions for advertisers and public sector stakeholders.

An entrepreneur at heart, he founded his first company in 2004, dedicated to the publishing and commercialization of advertising media. There, he developed innovative editorial concepts as well as tailor-made communication solutions. His international experience, particularly in Canada, strengthened his ability to structure offers adapted to territorial and institutional challenges.

In early 2005, he became Managing Director of Bird production, where he fully asserted his leadership role. At the head of the company, he designs and oversees audiovisual production projects, publishing initiatives, and communication strategies, with recognized expertise in the development of media tools intended for local authorities and public institutions.

Within this framework, he created editorial brands such as nosvillages.com, designed as platforms for showcasing territories, heritage, and local initiatives. These systems are part of a modern institutional communication approach, combining content, visibility, and attractiveness.

His experience in advertising and media valorization enables him to support public and private actors in designing high-performance communication strategies, integrating issues of image, distribution, and profitability.
