Philippe is a Swiss and French international business developer, financial advisor, and entrepreneur with extensive executive experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. He is the founder of Bâtard & Partners, a Swiss consulting firm specializing in international business development, corporate structuring, financial transactions, and strategic consulting.

He held senior leadership positions at HSBC Private Banking as Global Head of the Entrepreneurship Practice as well as at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) as Executive Director. Earlier in his career, he held international executive roles at Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

Throughout his career, Philippe has been entrusted with complex, high-stakes assignments requiring discretion, international expertise, and strategic advisory capabilities. His ability to operate within multicultural environments, combined with a strong global network, makes him a trusted advisor to executives, institutions, and entrepreneurs facing critical challenges.

He has also served in interim executive roles (CEO, Chairman, COO) and contributed to major international initiatives, including projects with the World Bank. He acted as a strategic consultant for leading international consortia such as the Itanium Solutions Alliance (ISA), focused on deploying Intel architectures, and the Natural Security Alliance (NSA), specializing in biometric payment technologies for major banks and large-scale European retail networks.

Born in Guadeloupe, and raised between French Guiana and Switzerland, Philippe has recently joined Bird as editor, consultant and financial & business developer. He holds degrees in computing engineering & audiovisual production, marketing, finance, and corporate management.

Widely recognized for his achievements, he has received multiple awards and has been cited and invited by leading figures from Silicon Valley, as well as from international economic, and political leaders. He is a regular speaker at major international conferences and advises startups, SMEs, and government institutions. His global reach, discretion, and strategic expertise make him a key figure in international development, transformation, and executive consulting assignments, while his audiovisual expertise provides a valuable additional asset to Bird.
